2. What Constitutes “Used” or “Downloaded”?
For the purposes of this policy, a digital product is considered “used” or “downloaded” under any of the following circumstances:
- Accessing the Product: If you have logged into our platform and accessed the digital product’s content.
- Downloading Files: If you have clicked on the download link and initiated the download of any part of the product to your device. This includes, but is not limited to, PDFs, templates, software, audio files, video files, or any other downloadable assets. Our system tracks all download activity.
- Using a License Key: If you have been issued a license key and it has been activated.
- Accessing a Course or Membership Content: For online courses, membership sites, or similar products, once you have logged in and viewed or accessed any of the content, it is considered used.
Once a product has been downloaded or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We will not issue a refund in the following situations:
- The product has been downloaded or used as defined in Section 2.
- The 7-day refund period has expired.
- You have changed your mind after downloading or using the product.
- You have purchased the product by mistake and have already downloaded or accessed it.
- You do not have the technical ability or the appropriate software to use the product. We list all technical requirements on our product pages.
- You are dissatisfied with the product after having downloaded and used it. We provide detailed descriptions and previews to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
