Refunds (if applicable) 

Here at notesbytoppers.com, we strive to not only make our customers happy, but also to help them become the best clinicians they can possibly be. We do this by providing what we truly believe to be the best study resources for medical and health students anywhere on the internet today.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch via email at support@notesbytoppers.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.

However, please note that as our store provides primarily digital products that cannot be returned, we only send refunds under very specific conditions. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it does not fit our eligibility criteria.

Situations eligible for a refund:

  1. A customer accidentally purchases 2x or more of the same subject (Ie. a duplicate purchase). Under this circumstance, we will gladly refund the duplicates back to you upon request. 
  2. A customer upgrades to our Bundle Deal and requests a refund of previously purchased individual subjects. We encourage any customer who has upgraded to our Bundle Deal to email us for a refund of previously purchased subjects. (Please note, however, that the total refund value in this instance cannot exceed the Bundle Deal value).
  3. Payment errors resulting in overpayment/overcharging. 

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. A customer who makes a purchase, downloads all/most of the delivered content, saves the downloaded content to their device, and then requests a refund will not be eligible. 
  2. 'Accidental purchases'; our multi-step checkout is designed specifically to make accidental purchasing impossible, and as such we do not grant refunds for purchasing errors. 
  3. Any order made more than 30 days prior to a request will not be considered for refunding. 
  4. Change in purchasing decisions. We offer free samples of all our notes here, so we encourage potential customers to ensure that our notes are right for them prior to making a purchase. 

Please keep in mind that although our products are digital, they are costly to produce and to distribute via secure cloud services, and once a customer downloads their purchased content, our costs of distribution are locked in.  

If you are approved for a refund, you will receive an email notification confirming this, and receive return of funds via your original payment method, within 5 business days. 

If you are not approved for a refund, we may (at our sole discretion) offer you store credit in the form of a voucher up to the value of your original purchase which can be used on any other items in our store.
